How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 10-21 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original condition. Please note that vintage or 'one-of-a-kind' items must have their original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Are your products authentic vintage or reproductions?
Planet Retro offers a curated mix of both. Each product description clearly labels whether an item is 'Authentic Vintage' or a 'Modern Reproduction' so you know exactly what you are buying.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you restock items that are sold out?
Due to the unique nature of retro goods, many items are limited edition or one-off finds. However, for our core reproduction lines, we typically restock every 4-6 weeks.
